Job summary

ACA Group is seeking an experienced compliance professional to lead mock regulatory examinations and reviews for a diverse client base, including hedge funds, private funds, and registered products. The role may serve as outsourced chief compliance officer (oCCO) for clients, ensuring programs meet regulatory requirements and best practices.

You will supervise, train, and develop ACA junior staff while managing complex projects and client relationships across finance, sales, and legal.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 8 years of industry experience or 6+ years with SEC/NFA/CFTC/FINRA or ACA experience.
• Advanced knowledge of federal securities laws and related rules.
• Executive presence with regulators and high-profile clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead or assist mock regulatory examinations and compliance program reviews, overseeing project teams.
• Provide regulatory consulting services, drafts of filings, and policy reviews for clients.
• Manage assigned client relationships and projects; coordinate with finance, sales, and legal.
• Formally supervise, train, and evaluate junior colleagues; oversee ad-hoc initiatives.
