Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• 8 years of industry experience, or 6+ years with relevant regulatory or ACA consulting background.
• Advanced knowledge of federal securities laws and related rules.
• Executive presence and ability to interact with regulators and high-profile clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead or assist mock regulatory examinations and compliance program reviews.
• Guide and coordinate work across client reviews and teams.
• Provide regulatory consulting services and draft filings and policies.
• Manage client relationships and project delivery with a focus on quality and profitability.
• Supervise and mentor junior staff; participate in special ACA initiatives.
