Job summary

You will lead end-to-end initiatives, define key intelligence questions, and connect insights to Workday's GTM systems across the business. The role requires deep CI/MI, market research, and SaaS experience, with strong cross-functional collaboration and senior-level communication.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in competitive intelligence or market intelligence in an enterprise environment.
• 12+ years of experience in market research, strategy, or a related analytical discipline.
• 10+ years of professional experience within a software as a service focused organization.

Responsibilities

• Own and run the team's win-loss program end-to-end with KPI questions and connectivity to GTM systems.
• Translate win-loss findings into actionable insights for key partners and decision-makers.
• Design and activate market intelligence systems, dashboards, and self-service tools.
• Build and maintain scalable, high-quality competitive and market intelligence infrastructure.
