You will build and sustain programs powering customer focus and self-service insights within an AI-first platform. You will lead win-loss initiatives, develop market intelligence systems, and connect outputs to GTM workflows while mentoring colleagues and shaping research best practices.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in competitive or market intelligence in an enterprise setting.
• 12+ years in market research, strategy, or related analytical discipline.
• 10+ years in a SaaS-focused organization.
• Experience applying quantitative and qualitative methodologies.
• Strong cross-functional project management and stakeholder management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; executive-level presentation skills.
• Experience with win-loss analysis and GTM systems.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute the team's win-loss program end-to-end.
• Translate win-loss findings into actionable insights for leadership.
• Design and activate market intelligence dashboards and self-service tools.
• Build and maintain scalable research infrastructure for CI/MI.
