Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking a Sr. Principal CIDO IT Program Manager to align CIDO and Classified Solutions services with program requirements.

The role oversees IT planning, staffing, budget, and delivery across classified environments to ensure on-time, within-scope results. The candidate will work with engineering, operations, cybersecurity, and enterprise IT to translate requirements into IT demand signals, manage risk, and maintain dashboards for program leadership.

Qualifications

• Master’s or higher in Information Technology, Business, or related field with multiple years of experience.
• Experience in IT program or IT project management for defense/aerospace programs.
• Experience with classified IT environments and security coordination.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary IT program liaison for the CIDO and Classified Solutions within the program.
• Lead IT program planning, roadmapping, and delivery tracking for IT scope and services.
• Coordinate with ISSM/ISSO, enterprise IT to implement new capabilities and ATO-related work.
• Develop program-level dashboards and status reporting for leadership and CIDO management.
• Support accreditation and security posture aligning IT solutions with RMF/JSIG and customer requirements.
• Drive resolution of cross-functional IT issues impacting cost, schedule, or performance.
