Qualifications

• Active U.S. Government Secret level security clearance or CEP enrollment.
• Demonstrated IT project management experience with leadership in a matrix organization.
• Experience communicating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow for project tracking and service requests.
• Ability to adapt to changing project priorities while delivering results.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of IT and Cybersecurity services, aligned with enterprise strategy and roadmaps.
• Manage daily priorities, review design, development, integration, and testing of digital solutions.
• Oversee the technical quality, system performance, budget, and schedule for IT/Cybersecurity aspects of Advanced Systems programs.
• Drive implementation and adoption of standardized, digital solutions, and identify and retire technical debt.
