Northrop Grumman’s Chief Information and Digital Office (CIDO) is seeking an IT Program Manager for the Advanced Systems unit based in Linthicum, MD. This on-site, full-time role leads cross-functional teams to deliver IT and cybersecurity services aligned with enterprise roadmaps, with a Secret clearance required.

You will coordinate design, development, integration, and testing, manage budgets and schedules, and promote standardized digital solutions while retiring technical debt.

Qualifications

• Active U.S. Government Secret clearance (or CEP enrollment) required.
• Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of relevant experience, or Master’s with 6, or PhD with 4; HS 12 years equivalent may be considered.
• Strong communication with a wide range of stakeholders across technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsabilités

• Ensure timely and cost-effective IT and Cybersecurity services aligned with enterprise roadmaps.
• Manage daily priorities across design, development, integration, and testing of digital solutions.
• Oversee the technical quality, system performance, budget, and schedule for IT/Cybersecurity aspects.
• Drive the implementation and adoption of standardized digital solutions while retiring technical debt.
