Job summary

Northrop Grumman seeks a Sr Principal CIDO Program Manager to lead multi-site IT programs within the Space Sector. You will oversee governance, budgeting, staffing, and proposal efforts while ensuring security and compliance across informatics initiatives.

The role requires a Secret clearance, a strong IT program background, and experience coordinating across enterprise teams in a fast-paced, classified environment.

Qualifications

• Master's degree with 6+ years of IT experience, or Bachelor's with 8+ years.
• 1+ year of people management or program management experience.
• Current US Government Secret level security clearance (or higher).
• Experience interfacing with large enterprise organizations and IT infrastructures.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple programs and projects in support of a sector program or corporate function.
• Act as liaison between corporate and sector leadership to align digital maturity strategy and execution.
• Lead budget, staffing, proposals, and communication activities for CIDO solutions.
• Provide direction over enterprise IT services, governance, and risk management.
