Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking a Sr. Principal CIDO IT Program Manager to serve as the primary CIDO interface for the Glide Phase Interceptor (GPI) program.

The role manages IT planning, prioritization, and delivery of classified/unclassified networks, software tooling, and storage, with close coordination to cybersecurity and enterprise CIDO teams. The position is 100% on-site in Gilbert, AZ, with a Secret clearance required and opportunities to work with multiple stakeholders across engineering,

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field with 6 years of related experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field with 8 years of related experience
• Associate degree with 10 years of related experience
• Experience in IT program or IT project management supporting complex defense or aerospace programs
• Experience working with classified IT environments and coordination with cybersecurity, ISSM/ISSO, and facilities/security teams
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government security clearance (Secret/Top Secret)

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary CIDO IT program interface for the GPI program
• Lead IT program planning and execution for GPI, including demand intake, prioritization, roadmapping, and tracking of IT deliverables
• Coordinate with Classified Solutions IT and enterprise CIDO services to scope, schedule, and implement IT capabilities
• Translate GPI needs into actionable IT demand signals and project plans
• Support accreditation and RMF/JSIG alignment with customer requirements
• Develop and maintain program-level dashboards and status reporting for IT scope
• Lead or contribute to technical and program reviews as IT/CIDO representative
• Assist in long-range planning for IT capacity and risk management
