Responsibilities

• Lead IT program planning, demand intake, roadmapping, and delivery of IT capabilities.
• Coordinate with ISSM/ISSO, cybersecurity, and engineering teams to align IT solutions with RMF/JSIG requirements.
• Develop program dashboards, risk/mitigation plans, and status reporting for leadership.
• Manage staffing, budgets, and vendor relationships to ensure on-time delivery and cost control.
• Represent IT/CIDO in reviews, gates, and customer forums.
