Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with extensive change management experience.
• Experience leading redeployment and organizational change projects.
• Ability to obtain and maintain US Government Secret clearance.
• U.S. citizenship is required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary change management authority for MS&I projects.
• Lead deployment planning, coordination and execution of change activities.
• Define end‑to‑end change roadmaps aligned with enterprise objectives.
• Consolidate project roadmaps into a phased program roadmap.
• Lead stakeholder analysis and engagement strategies.
• Develop cohesive, multi‑channel communications plans.
• Define training models and enablement architecture across projects.
