Job summary

Northrop Grumman Corp. is seeking a Senior Principal Project Manager to lead organizational change across the Manufacturing Strategy & Integration (MS&I) initiatives. Hybrid work arrangement with offices in multiple sites; requires strong change management, communication, and stakeholder leadership.

You will guide ADKAR-based plans, coordinate with Talent and Ops, and ensure successful deployment across programs while aligning with enterprise goals and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and 8+ years relevant experience leading redeployment / change management of digital transformation; OR Master’s degree and 6+ years relevant experience.
• Project management experience
• Change management experience
• Superior organization and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with all levels
• Ability to obtain Prosci certification within 90 days of employment, with the certification sponsored by Northrop Grumman
• Ability to obtain and maintain a US Government Secret clearance
• U.S. citizenship

Responsibilities

• Deployment / Change Management Project Management – Lead planning, coordination and execution of deployment and change management activities.
• Define & Execute Change Strategy – Build end-to-end change roadmaps (ADKAR-based) aligned with objectives.
• Strategic Planning & Road Mapping - Consolidate road maps into a single phased program roadmap.
• Stakeholder Analysis – Identify stakeholders and maintain a master register with engagement strategies.
• Integrated Communication Management – Develop a cohesive communications strategy with SMEs.
• Training & Enablement Architecture – Define training model to scale across projects.
• Leadership Management – Develop sponsorship strategies with leadership engagement.
