Northrop Grumman Mission Systems in the United States is seeking a Senior Principal Project Manager to serve as Organizational Change Management Lead within the MS&I organization. This hybrid role supports multiple projects and requires commuting distance to one of several sites.

The candidate will define change strategy, lead stakeholder engagement, and develop training plans in partnership with Talent/SME teams to ensure adoption of complex transformations across programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of experience in redeployment/change management of digital transformation.
• Master’s degree with 6+ years of relevant experience.
• US citizenship and ability to obtain Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Deployment / Change Management Project Management: lead planning, coordination and execution of deployment and change activities.
• Define & Execute Change Strategy: build end‑to‑end change roadmaps aligned with objectives.
• Strategic Planning & Road Mapping: consolidate roadmaps into a single phased program.
• Stakeholder Analysis: identify stakeholders, maintain register and engagement strategies.
• Integrated Communication Management: develop communications strategy and multi‑channel deliverables.
• Training & Enablement Architecture: define training model and develop plans.
