Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking a Senior Principal Project Manager to lead organizational change management for Mission Systems & Integration. This hybrid role can be based in Salt Lake City, Rolling Meadows, Baltimore, San Diego, or Sunnyvale, with commuting distance required to one site.

You will partner with MS&I to embed ADKAR-based change practices across multi-year initiatives, spanning collaboration, training, and cycle-time reduction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of change management experience in digital transformation, or Master’s with 6+ years.
• Project management experience.
• Change management experience.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to obtain Prosci certification within 90 days, sponsored by Northrop Grumman.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a US Government Secret clearance.
• U.S. citizenship.

Responsibilities

• Lead deployment and change management activities for MS&I programs.
• Define and execute end-to-end change strategy using ADKAR.
• Consolidate project change roadmaps into a phased program roadmap.
• Lead stakeholder analysis and engagement strategies.
• Develop integrated communications plans with SMEs.
• Design training and enablement architecture across projects.
• Develop leadership sponsorship strategies and ensure buy-in.
