You will set the technical vision for the Backend/Full‑Stack pillar, drive API strategy, security, and reliability, and mentor LMTS/SMTS engineers while partnering with product for customer‑facing solutions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional software development experience in enterprise SaaS.
• Proficiency in Java and Python with real systems experience.
• Experience with Spring Boot, Hibernate/JPA, PostgreSQL/MySQL, and cloud platforms.

Responsibilities

• Architect backend services on Kubernetes in a multi‑AZ cloud setup.
• Own architecture for Python data processing and ETL pipelines.
• Lead API strategy, versioning, deprecation, and developer experience.
• Define SLIs/SLOs and drive cross‑team testing and release plans.
• Mentor engineers and drive architectural alignment across teams.
