  • Drive integration with big data engines and storage formats for correct routing of analytical workloads and SLOs.
  • Shape authentication and authorization integrations with identity providers and partner with Security on threat modeling, AppSec and AI safety guardrails.
  • Define SLIs and SLOs and lead telemetry strategy across pre‑release to production stages.
  • Set test strategy and approve test plans across unit, integration, functional, regression and performance.
  • Write architectural documents, design specifications and test plans; lead and participate in design reviews.
  • Coach LMTS and SMTS engineers through design and code reviews, manage the technical backlog, and propose standards.
  • Serve as a bar‑raiser on PMTS/LMTS interview panels and shape hiring criteria for senior technical roles.
  • Represent the team to VP‑level leadership, product and external stakeholders, explaining high‑level architectures and trade‑offs.
  • Champion Customer Trust by engaging customers to validate features solve real problems.
  • Lead enterprise customer integration engagements and translate requirements into forward‑compatible API contracts.

  • Architectural expertise in relational databases, data modeling, schema migration tools and query optimization.
  • Experience with multi‑tenant SaaS ecosystems and tenant‑isolation patterns across database, cache and storage.
  • Experience designing, operating and evolving highly available distributed systems on AWS or comparable cloud platforms.
  • Expertise in containerization and orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker).
  • Expertise in REST API design, service mesh architectures and mTLS / zero‑trust security models.
  • Proven experience leading API strategy for a headless / API‑first product.
  • Experience with big data technologies such as Apache Spark, Trino/Presto, Parquet, Iceberg or similar.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive proactive threat modeling and partner with security/compliance on AppSec and AI safety.
