Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional software development experience with enterprise SaaS at scale.
• Strong proficiency in Java and Python with production-level fluency.
• Experience with Spring Boot, Hibernate/JPA, and relational DBs like PostgreSQL.
• Proficiency in multi-tenant SaaS architectures and cloud platform engineering.

Responsibilities

• Drive architecture, design, and delivery of secure, scalable backend services on Kubernetes.
• Own long-term technical vision for Backend/Full-Stack pillar and evolve Java/Python services.
• Lead API strategy for headless architecture including versioning and deprecation policies.
• Define SLIs/SLOs and oversee testing, incident response, and rollout strategies.
