Qualifications

• Track record as an architectural decision-maker—owning gates and driving alignment.
• Deep data-management / data-platform expertise—data modeling, RDBMS & NoSQL, SQL/PL-SQL.
• Experience building or delivering AI/GenAI platforms and products at scale.
• Deep OO programming knowledge with at least one language (preferably Java).
• Demonstrated thought leadership—blogs, papers, or patents.
• Strong collaboration across multiple technical/business teams in agile env.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Architect, design, implement, test, and deliver highly scalable SaaS products—hands-on.
• Serve as a final architectural authority, review initiatives, and enforce standards.
• Set technical direction from Day 1 and align with security, cloud, and cost needs.
• Troubleshoot complex production issues and interface with customers as needed.
• Mentor architects and senior engineers to grow the technical leadership pipeline.
