Job summary

Qualifications

• Expertise in analog building blocks including bandgaps, differential amplifiers, op-amps, LDOs and bias circuits.
• Expert in analog/mixed-signal blocks such as temperature sensors, power detectors, ADCs, DACs, PLLs, clock generators and process monitors.
• Full understanding of CMOS process effects on analog circuits.
• Experience in full custom analog layout implementation and parasitic extraction/modeling.
• Proven post-silicon validation and debug in high-volume products.
• Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design highly-integrated microwave and millimeter-wave analog blocks in various state-of-the-art technologies.
• Write proposals for new products including technical aspects and estimates of time to complete.
• Participate in customer meetings and technical interchange meetings.
• Contribute to all aspects of product development including system-level specifications, floorplanning, characterization, and productization.
• Lead and mentor a team of engineers to design complex analog blocks.
• Drive process improvement that impacts the engineering function.
