Job summary

Qorvo, Inc. in Chelmsford, MA is seeking a Senior Principal Analog Design Engineer to develop highly integrated microwave and millimeter-wave analog blocks across state-of-the-art processes.

The role includes proposing new products with technical plans, participating in customer and technical interchange meetings, and leading a team of engineers through system-level specs, layout, characterization and productization.

Qualifications

• Expertise of designing of analog building blocks including bandgaps, differential amplifiers, op-amps, LDOs, and bias circuits.
• Expert in designing analog/mixed-signal blocks such as temperature sensors, power detectors, ADCs, DACs, PLLs, clock generators and process monitors.
• Full understanding of impact of advanced CMOS process effects on analog circuits.
• Experience in full custom analog layout implementation and parasitic extraction/modeling
• Proven experience in post-silicon validation and debug in high-volume products
• Ability to communicate ideas and issues clearly

Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $168,000 - $218,300 (subject to change dependent on physical location)

Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. Qorvo reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualification of the selected candidate as well as external competitiveness and internal comparability.

Base compensation is one element of Total Rewards offered at Qorvo. More information on the Total Rewards package can be shared upon request.
