• Design highly-integrated microwave and millimeter-wave RFICs.
• Invent new circuit design and simulation techniques.
• Participate in defining design process improvements.

Skills

RF/mixed signal design experience in advanced silicon processes

Deep understanding of analog, RF and mmW design techniques

Solid understanding of front-end PA/LNA/switch circuits

Familiarity of RF/mmWave beamforming architectures

Experience with LDO and power supply design

Knowledge of verification methodologies

Knowledge of packaging technologies

Experienced in silicon characterization and debugging

Proven track record of design for first time success

Strong written and verbal communication skills
