Micron Technology, Inc. in Richardson, Texas is seeking a Principal Analog Design Engineer to lead the design, integration, and delivery of high-performance analog and mixed-signal IPs for HBM products.

You will own critical analog circuits and guide cross-functional teams through silicon realization. This senior role requires 10–15+ years of analog/mixed-signal IC design, strong expertise in high-speed interfaces, clocking, and power management, plus a track record of successful silicon

Qualifications

• MS or PhD required in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 10–15+ years of analog/mixed-signal IC design experience.
• Experience with high-speed interface design and noise/jitter analysis.
• Proven expertise in SPICE simulation, extraction, and modeling.
• Silicon bring-up, lab validation, and layout coordination required.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and own critical HBM analog circuits (transmitters/receivers).
• Define IP interfaces, power domains, clocking, and reset strategies.
• Perform pre-layout and post-layout simulations; conduct PVT, Monte Carlo, mismatch analyses.
• Collaborate with layout, system, packaging, and test teams; sign off on analog layouts.
