Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in STEM with 5+ years of related experience, or Master's with 3+ years, or PhD with 1+ year.
• Senior/Principal level requires 8+ years, or Master's 6+ years, or PhD 4 years.
• Minimum 1 year of Python and/or C++ software development experience.
• Linux experience and familiarity with utilities (grep, awk, cat, head).
• Experience with extendable / reusable algorithms and state estimation.

Responsibilities

• Apply mathematics to data analysis and algorithm development for missile tracking.
• Develop and analyze tracking and state estimation algorithms.
• Prototype with Modern C++ and Python; document results.
• Track and resolve algorithm defects; work with cross-disciplinary teams.
• Communicate findings clearly and bridge theory to practice.
• Travel up to 10% to support business needs.
