Job summary

Infosys Consulting is seeking a Senior Principal Consultant to deliver best-fit solutions for upstream domain projects in the electric utility sector. You will provide technology fitment, define scope and sizing, and anchor PoCs while supporting pursuit processes and evangelizing the Infosys brand.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Electrical or IT Engineering.
• Min. 7 years of experience with Operational Technologies in Electric Utility Sector.
• Knowledgeable in ADMS product suites: GE Power On, GE e-terra, Schneider ADMS or Oracle NMS.
• Strong knowledge in Outage Management processes (planned/unplanned outages, FLISR).
• Strong knowledge in Distribution Management processes (switching, device management).
• Ability to design CIM information exchange models (61970 & 61968).
• Has at least 5 years’ experience in managing IT programs and projects.
• Able to develop business process and system use cases; create As-Is/To-Be documents.
• Guide, mentor, and review end-to-end solutions; assist in testing.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills; willing to travel up to 100%.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-fit solutions for one or more upstream domain projects.
• Anchor Proof of Concept developments and support opportunity identification.
• Define scope and sizing of work for engagements; collaborate with clients and teams.
• Lead and participate in sales pursuits; evangelize Infosys brand.
• Mentor project teams and resolve functional issues during live support.
