Job summary

Infosys Public Services is seeking a Senior Principal- Business Consulting to join our team. The role requires deep policy domain expertise across public utilities, lottery, labor, workforce, commerce or higher education, and the ability to lead complex delivery efforts for government clients.

You will build and maintain relationships with senior agency leaders, define product scoping with technologists, and guide engagements from opportunity to delivery.

Qualifications

• More than 9 years of senior level experience in utilities, lottery, labor, workforce, commerce or higher education domains.
• Experience in decision-making roles within state or federal government agencies (e.g., Secretariat, Directors).
• Experience leading market-leading public sector products and engaging with enterprise customers.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with IPS customers by understanding objectives deeply.
• Identify opportunities in public utilities, lottery, labor, workforce, commerce or higher education domains.
• Lead delivery efforts to ensure customer satisfaction and successful outcomes.
• Create Journey Maps to reimagine agency processes around data use and reporting.
• Lead pursuits and product demonstrations before senior decision-makers.
