Actalent in Scottsdale, AZ is seeking a Mid to Senior Scheduler to develop and manage Primavera P6 schedules for utility T&D, substation and renewable EPC projects. This in-office role collaborates with engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning teams, producing cost- and resource-loaded schedules and tracking progress.

Travel up to 30%, relocation assistance, and a path to lead scheduling efforts across large-scale programs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of scheduling experience in utility transmission lines and substations.
• Advanced Primavera P6 with cost-loaded and resource-loaded schedules.
• Strong CPM understanding for large-scale EPC projects.
• Experience presenting schedules and analyses to clients.
• Experience with earned value metrics and KPI reporting.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% domestically.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage Primavera P6 schedules (CPM/LSM) for utility T&D and substation projects.
• Build resource- and cost-loaded schedules aligned with baselines and execution strategies.
• Incorporate inputs from engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning to create realistic timelines.
• Perform critical path analysis, what-if scenarios, and productivity tracking.
• Produce EV metrics, KPIs, and cash-flow reports for project controls.
• Support look-ahead planning and client-facing updates on schedule status and risk.
