Job summary

Actalent in Scottsdale, AZ is seeking a Scheduling Manager Utilities Construction (EPC Planning & Scheduling) to lead planning for multiple energy infrastructure EPC programs. You will mentor a team of Scheduler/Planners and drive integrated project planning across engineering, procurement, and construction.

This on-site role requires Primavera P6 mastery, CPM scheduling expertise, and strong stakeholder communication with clients and subs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of EPC planning and scheduling experience.
• Proven ability to build and mentor Scheduler/Planner teams.
• Strong CPM scheduling knowledge and schedule analytics.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop Scheduler/Planners for complex EPC projects.
• Develop and maintain master schedules aligning engineering, procurement, and construction.
• Partner with clients, subcontractors, and project teams to resolve schedule challenges.
• Own critical path analysis and communicate schedule drivers and risks.
