Zusammenfassung

Gobravvo is seeking a Construction Scheduler skilled in Primavera P6 to support major public school district capital improvement programs in Los Angeles. You will maintain schedules across multiple projects, perform schedule updates, and produce detailed review comments for owner and program compliance.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years in construction scheduling, strong CPM/EVA/TIA capabilities, and experience with owner representatives, with the ability to lead scheduling teams in a regulated

Qualifikationen

Minimum of 10 years of full-time construction scheduling experience.
Experience for owner or general contractor on public sector or educational facilities.
Proficiency in Primavera P6, CPM, EVA and delay analysis.
Ability to interpret drawings and contracts for schedule entitlement.

Aufgaben

Prepare executive schedule reports for senior leadership.
Develop and maintain master schedules for multiple projects.
Conduct Time Impact Analysis (TIA) and schedule risk reviews.
Coordinate with Owners Representatives, PMs, and field teams.
Ensure schedules meet owner and program requirements.
Review baselines and updates for critical path and cost loading.
