Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum 6 years of full-time experience in construction scheduling.
• Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6 (latest versions) and strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Experience with CPM scheduling, cost and resource loading in P6, and TIAs.
• Experience interpreting contracts related to schedule entitlement.
• Demonstrated ability to independently review complex schedules and provide detailed recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Review contractor Primavera P6 baseline schedules for accuracy and alignment with scope and milestones.
• Analyze monthly schedule updates, identify critical path impacts and health indicators.
• Prepare structured schedule review comments per owner templates and reporting standards.
• Perform QA/QC reviews of contractor submissions for contract compliance.
• Apply Earned Value Analysis to evaluate performance and report metrics.
• Identify schedule risks and recommend recovery strategies to maintain timelines.
• Develop preliminary schedules from design documents and scope.
• Execute Time Impact Analyses using accepted methods including Windows Analysis.
• Interpret drawings and contracts to determine entitlement to time extensions.
• Prepare KPI reports, variance analyses, and mitigation plans.
