Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5-8+ years of scheduling experience.
• Primavera P6 experience required.

Responsibilities

• Independently develop, maintain, and analyze integrated project schedules using Primavera P6 across all EPC project phases.
• Lead cross-functional coordination with engineering, procurement, construction, and subcontractors to align activity logic and milestones.
• Monitor schedule performance, progress, and productivity against baseline plans while evaluating critical path, float, and variances.
• Perform risk, delay, and what-if analyses to develop proactive mitigation/recovery plans and short-term lookahead schedules.
• Prepare and present regular schedule progress reports, updates, and data-driven insights to project stakeholders.
