• Monitor progress against baseline plans, track critical path activities, and perform schedule impact analysis to develop mitigation plans.
• Prepare weekly, monthly, and short-term lookahead schedules and progress reports to support informed decision-making.
• Validate schedule data integrity and communicate project status, risks, and variances effectively during schedule review meetings.
