Ampirical is seeking a Project Scheduler in Louisiana to develop, maintain, and communicate resource-loaded schedules for multiple EPC projects in the electric utility sector. You will contribute to proposal and system processes to keep projects on time and on budget.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in scheduling, strong Primavera P6 and Excel skills, and relates well with clients, vendors, and project teams. This on-site role offers competitive hourly pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred with 10+ years of experience in planning/scheduling for EPC projects in the utility sector.

Responsibilities

• Create, monitor, and update integrated project schedules to ensure efficiency in both time and cost.
• Prepare baseline schedules for project team approval and ensure they are regularly reviewed and updated.
• Monitor critical path activities, report deviations, and recommend corrective actions.
• Analyze schedules from multiple sources to ensure project integrity and optimize constructability.
• Lead project scheduling meetings and collaborate with stakeholders to meet standards and client needs.
