Leidos is seeking a Project Scheduling and Analytics expert to support the FAA in Des Moines, WA. The role focuses on Primavera P6 scheduling, data analysis, and reporting within the Corporate Work Plan environment, collaborating with PIM and engineering teams.

Qualifications

• BA degree and 4–8 years of prior relevant experience or master’s with 2–6 years of prior relevant experience.
• Expert level Primavera P6.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and able to organize documentation and have awareness of general documentation systems.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to produce clear, concise general and technical documentation, and to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders, team members, and all levels of management.
• Excellent analytical, problem solving and organizational skill.
• Ability to obtain Public Trust clearance (US citizen or Green Card holder with 3 years U.S. residence).

Responsibilities

• Develop, update and analyze project schedules utilizing Primavera.
• Resource load project schedules utilizing Primavera.
• Update budgeted labor units as needed.
• Track CAI/JAI items from the Corporate Work Plan Portal.
• Assist in handling items not signed/closed out.
• Advance data dates monthly for all Active project schedules in Primavera.
• Assist PIM in re-baselining project schedules.
• Ensure proper termination of projects and activities with required documentation and signatures.
• Assist in loading Corporate Work Plan with project team members and organization codes.
• Provide ad-hoc reports via Excel by exporting data from Primavera.
• Support data entry, analysis and verification of project data with the Corporate Work Plan.
• Clean up project schedule data in Primavera using Tableau reports.
• Create and manage schedule templates in Primavera’s What-If node.
• Attach existing templates to new projects in Primavera.
• Ensure data integrity in schedules for accurate scheduling.
• Create & analyze cost & scheduling reports including CPs, Milestones, Schedule Variance, Budget Variance.
• Ensure schedules have data integrity for accurate scheduling.
• Assist with 3D reporting.
• Assist PIM with Corporate Work Plan changes including adding team members.
