Qualifications

• 3+ years of project scheduling or project controls in engineering, manufacturing, defense, nuclear, or similar technical environment.
• Strong CPM scheduling, resource loading, cost loading, schedule analysis, forecasting, and project controls.
• Experience managing multiple complex project schedules concurrently.
• Proficiency with Excel, MS Project, and standard business software.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain CPM schedules using Oracle Primavera P6, including resource- and cost-loaded schedules.
• Build integrated schedules covering engineering, procurement, fabrication, testing, quality, and delivery milestones.
• Coordinate internal schedules with customer master schedules and contractual requirements.
• Perform CPM scheduling analysis, schedule forecasting, variance analysis, risk assessments, and what-if scenarios.
• Provide schedule updates, progress reporting, short-term look-ahead schedules, and leadership reporting.
• Develop schedule recovery plans and manage baseline updates and revisions.
• Collaborate with Project Management, Engineering, Procurement, Manufacturing/Fabrication, and Quality teams.
• Support project controls activities, including EVMS where applicable.
• Assist proposal and business development by preparing preliminary schedules and supporting docs.
• Maintain scheduling processes, templates, and best practices per quality and regulatory requirements.
