Conviva Primary Care, a Humana Inc. subsidiary, is seeking a primary care physician to deliver outpatient care at the Conviva clinic in Miami, FL.

You will report to the associate medical director and work onsite Monday through Friday 8:00am–5:00pm, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to provide whole-person care. Qualified candidates have MD/DO, board certification or eligibility in family/internal/geriatric medicine, Florida license, DEA license, 2+ years in primary/geriatric care,

Qualificações

  • Doctor of Medicine or Osteopathic Medicine degree.
  • Board certification or board eligibility in family medicine, internal medicine, or geriatric medicine.
  • Valid, unrestricted license in Florida (or willing to obtain).
  • Current unrestricted DEA license, or must obtain.
  • Two years’ or more experience in primary care, geriatric care, or managing chronic conditions.
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English.

Responsabilidades

  • Deliver comprehensive outpatient care to adult and senior patients.
  • Maintain accurate medical records and documentation.
  • Diagnose and manage moderately to complex medical conditions.
  • Work with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care.

Conhecimentos

Bilingual: Spanish & English

Formação académica

Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Osteopathic Medicine (DO)
Florida medical license (unrestricted)
DEA license (unrestricted) or able to obtain
Board certification/eligibility in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine
