Job summary

Conviva Primary Care, a Humana Inc. subsidiary, seeks a Primary Care Physician for the Venice, FL clinic to provide comprehensive outpatient care to adults and seniors.

Workweek is Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm, onsite. The role offers a collaborative team-based environment, ample time with patients and a sign-on bonus up to $60,000, with benefits including PTO and CME time. Florida license and DEA credentials are required.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Medicine or Osteopathic Medicine
• Board certified or board eligible in geriatric medicine, family medicine or internal medicine
• Valid, unrestricted license in the state of Florida (or willing to obtain)
• Current, unrestricted DEA license, or must obtain
• 1+ years of experience in primary care, geriatric medicine, or managing chronic conditions

Responsibilities

• You will deliver comprehensive outpatient care to adult and senior patients.
• You will maintain accurate medical records and documentation.
• You will diagnose and manage moderately to complex medical conditions.
