Job summary

Conviva Primary Care, a Humana Inc. subsidiary, seeks a primary care physician to deliver comprehensive outpatient care for adults and seniors at the Miami, FL clinic.

You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, maintain records, and manage complex conditions in a patient-centered environment. The role emphasizes team-based care, longer patient encounters, and a supportive culture with balanced work hours, plus opportunities for CME and time off.

Qualifications

• MD or DO; board certification or board eligible in family medicine, internal medicine, or geriatric medicine.
• Florida license (or ability to obtain)
• Current unrestricted DEA license or must obtain
• Two years' (or more) experience in primary care, geriatric care, or managing chronic conditions
• Bilingual in Spanish and English
• TB screening required for role
• Graduate of accredited MD or DO program
• Board Certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine or Geriatric Medicine (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive outpatient care to adult and senior patients.
• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation.
• Diagnose and manage moderately to complex medical conditions.
• Work with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care.
