Job summary

Heartline Staffing is recruiting a Primary Care Physician to provide preventive primary care for adults 65+, with emphasis on Medicare Advantage and chronic disease management in Anderson, SC.

Join an integrated care team and manage 12–15 visits per day, with 20–40 minute appointments and no RVU pressure. Base salary ranges from $235,000 to $260,000, plus a $75,000 sign-on and a 20% annual bonus, with relocation assistance available.

Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine REQUIRED.
• Value-based care experience welcomed but not required; training provided.
• Strong communication and team-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary care for adults 65+.
• Focus on chronic disease management and preventive care.
• Practice within an integrated care model and collaborate with NP/PA, Medical Assistants, Social Workers, lab and pharmacy support, and referral coordination.
