The role involves developing innovative pricing models, enhancing reporting, and applying AI/ML to pricing initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, accounting, or related field.
• MBA or equivalent is a plus.
• 7+ years of financial analysis and/or pricing experience in a professional services setting (2+ years of legal industry experience required).
• Proficiency with SQL, Power BI, and Aderant a plus.
• Flexibility to adjust work schedule according to workload demands.

Responsibilities

• Develop, define, and implement pricing strategies aligned with the firm’s financial objectives.
• Collaborate with lawyers, Finance, IT, and Business Development to create pricing solutions and prepare RFP responses.
• Support annual client rate reviews and negotiations across seniority tiers, geographies, and practice areas.
• Leverage data analytics and technology (Power BI, SQL) to refine pricing models and decision-making.
• Build pricing infrastructure with Pricing Operations and LPM leadership; develop models for profitability.
