Job summary

The Hershey Company is seeking a Senior Manager, Pricing Strategy to lead the development and execution of pricing initiatives across its diverse portfolio. You will craft consumer-backed pricing recommendations for senior leadership and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive profitable growth.

Responsibilities include shaping price pack architecture, identifying revenue opportunities, and guiding pricing for new launches, while partnering with Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Strategy

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Marketing, or related field.
Master's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

Develop short- and long-term pricing actions aligned to business goals.
Deliver insights-based pricing recommendations to senior leadership.
Establish pricing positioning for brands and packaging.
Define price curves and pack architecture for optimal value.
Identify whitespace opportunities for new pack creation.
Support pricing for product launches and portfolio changes.
