Job summary

The Hershey Company is seeking a Senior Manager, Customer Planning to lead the development, execution, and continuous improvement of customer and channel planning processes. You will translate commercial strategies into integrated plans, aligning volume, trade investment, customer priorities, and financial objectives.

As a key cross-functional partner, you will strengthen planning rigor and business performance.

Qualifications

7+ years of relevant experience in customer planning, commercial planning, forecasting, trade investment management, finance, sales, or related discipline.
People leadership or team-development experience is required.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; commercial acumen; ability to translate strategy into executable plans.

Responsibilities

Lead customer & channel planning: develop and execute annual, quarterly, and in-year plans.
Align plans across demand, supply, trade investment, and financial objectives.
Drive planning excellence and visibility with KPIs and governance frameworks.
Optimize trade and financial performance with cross-functional collaboration.
Generate data-driven insights from forecast and performance data.
Enable alignment across Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, and other functions; drive continuous improvement.
Lead and develop team members to build analytical, planning, and commercial capabilities.
