The selected candidate will join the Value-Added Services (VAS) Pricing team, which strengthens pricing governance and supports monetization and pricing strategy across the VAS portfolio. Pricing offers Visa a competitive edge and is critical to driving revenue growth in support of our 2030 strategy.
The Senior Manager will lead key components of the VAS pricing governance operating model, ensuring pricing initiatives are prioritized, evaluated, approved, tracked, and implemented with rigor and visibility. The role will also improve pricing processes, policies, reporting, and governance forums while supporting VAS pricing strategy and commercialization initiatives.
This Individual Contributor role will partner with VAS portfolio pricing leads and stakeholders across Product, Sales, Commercial Operations, and other Finance functions. The role will support cross-portfolio pricing strategy, pricing proposals, business cases, and product pricing and packaging initiatives in partnership with VAS portfolio pricing leads.
The ideal candidate brings structured problem-solving, strong analytical and data skills, sound judgment, and disciplined execution. You should be comfortable navigating a global matrixed organization, managing competing priorities, developing executive-ready materials, and influencing without direct authority.
This position is a Hybrid role to be based in either or Austin, TX or San Francisco, CA office locations. Visa requires at least 3 days in office, expectations of these days will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.
For roles located in the US, the estimated salary range for this position is $134,800 to $240,100 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.
