Visa's Global Interchange and Pricing team is seeking an Analyst to support acceptance deal pricing and strategy in the US market. You will help develop economic frameworks and tools, applying rigorous analysis to inform executive decisions.

This role requires strong quantitative and qualitative skills, cross-functional collaboration with product, finance, legal, and sales, and the ability to translate data into clear recommendations for leadership. Hybrid SF location with travel 5-10%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher required; advanced degree a plus.
• Strong analytical and financial modeling abilities; rigorous problem solving.
• Experience translating data into actionable business recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Provide rigorous analyses to identify and vet opportunities to drive Visa's revenue.
• Develop pricing and deal constructs for acceptance agreements with merchants and payment service providers.
• Manage deal lifecycles including business cases, stakeholder impact assessments, and contract support.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, finance, legal, sales) to execute deals and initiatives.
• Maintain knowledge of the pricing landscape to support initiatives and communicate recommendations to leadership.
• Participate in ongoing training with the Interchange & Pricing Strategy team.
