Job summary

Maersk in Charlotte, NC seeks a Senior Pricing Analyst to model and price opportunities across the First Mile Landside Product portfolio, evolving pricing from transactional support to a strategic business partner.

You will balance hands-on pricing with leadership, serving as an escalation point for complex requests and collaborating with regional and global stakeholders to improve profitability and governance of pricing decisions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in pricing, finance, or a closely related area.
• Ability to apply data and sound judgment to pricing challenges.
• Understanding of P&L, profitability measures, and logistics cost components.
• Strong communication and collaboration across functions and geographies.

Responsibilities

• Model transportation costs and develop pricing for First Mile opportunities, tenders, and strategic initiatives.
• Provide initial guidance and escalation support for analysts handling complex pricing requests.
• Analyze competitive pricing, profitability, margin performance, and the business impact of pricing decisions.
• Coordinate with stakeholders on opportunity requirements, prioritization, testing, feedback, waivers, and system enhancements.
