Maersk is seeking a Senior Pricing Analyst for First Mile Pricing in Charlotte, NC. You will model costs and price opportunities across our First Mile Landside Product portfolio, acting as an escalation point and aligning pricing strategies with global stakeholders.

The role blends hands-on pricing with leadership responsibilities, supporting governance, tooling, and process improvements to drive profitability and strategic outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Familiarity with legal contract terms and their potential impact on pricing models.
  • An interest in contributing to a collaborative, fast-moving environment and improving the future of pricing.

  • Model transportation costs and develop pricing for First Mile opportunities, tenders, and strategic initiatives.
  • Provide initial guidance and escalation support for analysts handling complex pricing requests.
  • Analyze competitive pricing, profitability, margin performance, and the business impact of pricing decisions.
  • Support customer profitability actions and perform financial analysis related to CM1, gross profit, EBIT, and P&L performance.
  • Develop and improve pricing processes, models, frameworks, tools, contracting policies, and quoting governance.
  • Coordinate with CEN, IPMs, Operations, and other stakeholders on opportunity requirements, prioritization, testing, feedback, waivers, and system enhancements.
  • Support training, onboarding, and the continued development of pricing resources while helping ensure consistent pricing practices.

About the role

As a Senior Pricing Analyst within our First Mile Pricing team, you will model and price opportunities across our First Mile Landside Product portfolio while helping the function continue its evolution from transactional pricing support to a strategic business partner. You will combine hands-on pricing expertise with functional leadership by serving as an escalation point for complex requests, supporting pricing governance, contributing to team development, and representing frontline pricing perspectives in discussions with regional and global stakeholders.

Job type: Full-time Location: Charlotte, North Carolina Salary: $87,000 - $115,000 USD* Benefits: Full-time employees are eligible for Health Insurance, Paid Time Off, and 401k Match. *The above stated pay range is the anticipated starting salary range for the position. The Company may adjust this range in light of prevailing market conditions and other factors such as location. The Company will work directly with the selected candidate(s) on the final starting salary in accordance with all applicable laws.
