Job summary

SWCA Environmental Consultants seeks a Senior Financial Analyst - Construction Pricing to help shape growth in its national Construction Services practice. You will partner with business development and operations leaders to develop competitive pricing for complex environmental compliance projects across the United States.

Reporting to the Senior Director of Financial Planning & Analysis, you will serve as a trusted advisor on pricing strategy, modeling, and profitability, with the role

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum 5 years in commercial management with profitability focus.
• Experience developing unit-based, fixed-fee and value-based pricing models.
• Expertise in financial modeling, pricing tools, cost forecasting, profitability analysis.
• Experience supporting pre-award pricing and bid development for large projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead pricing strategies for complex environmental and construction pursuits.
• Partner with BD, operations, and proposals to maximize win probability and profitability.
• Evaluate pricing structures, day-rate models, labor mixes, and escalation factors.
• Develop pricing calculators, financial models, and estimating tools.
• Monitor market pricing trends and refine pricing models post-project.
• Translate pricing assumptions into financial forecasts for planning.
