Job summary

SWCA Environmental Consultants is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst - Construction Pricing to shape growth in our national Construction Services business. You will partner with business development and operations leaders to develop competitive pricing strategies for complex environmental compliance projects across the United States.

Reporting to the Senior Director of FP&A, you will lead pricing models, cost forecasting, and pricing tool development, while advising proposal teams on pursuit

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in commercial management with profitability improvement.
• Experience developing unit-based, fixed-fee, and value-based pricing models.
• Expertise in financial modeling, pricing tools, cost forecasting, and profitability analysis.
• Experience supporting pre-award pricing and bid development for large projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of pricing strategies for complex environmental compliance and construction monitoring pursuits.
• Partner with business development, operations leaders, and proposal teams to develop competitive pricing.
• Evaluate pricing structures including day rate models, labor mixes, staffing assumptions, escalation factors, and risk considerations.
• Develop and maintain pricing calculators, financial models, and estimating tools for forecasting costs.
• Build standardized pricing frameworks for environmental compliance services during construction.
• Continuously improve pricing tools with lessons learned from projects.
