Job summary

Creek Technologies seeks an experienced Pricing Analyst to lead proposal pricing for U.S. Government solicitations, overseeing pricing strategy, cost proposal development, and Price-to-Win initiatives.

The role requires collaboration with Capture, BD, Proposal Management, Contracts, Finance, and Subcontract Management to build compliant, competitive pricing for DoD and Federal opportunities. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in federal pricing, strong Excel skills, and experience with government

Qualifications

• 5+ years of pricing experience for U.S. Federal Government proposals.
• Experience supporting competitive RFPs, RFQs, IDIQs, BPAs, GWACs, and Task Orders.
• Strong knowledge of FAR Part 15, DFARS, CAS, and cost proposal development.
• Proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, dashboards, and pricing workbooks.
• Experience with government pricing systems like Deltek Costpoint, GovWin, or ProPricer.
• Ability to manage multiple proposals under tight deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead pricing strategy and cost proposal development for federal solicitations.
• Analyze solicitations and pricing instructions to ensure compliance.
• Develop pricing models for direct labor, indirect rates, travel, and ODCs.
• Prepare BOEs, pricing narratives, and supporting documentation.
• Lead Price-to-Win activities and pricing reviews across teams.
