Best Buy is seeking a Senior Manager, Pricing, Promotions, and Competitive Intelligence (PPCI) to shape pricing, promotions, memberships, and clearance offerings across the business.

You will partner with category leaders, turn data into smart pricing decisions, lead a team of pricing professionals, and build new pricing capabilities that drive growth and profitability while delivering great customer experiences. This hybrid role is based in Richfield, MN.

Formación

• 7+ years of quantitative analysis, pricing or promotion analytics in retail/consulting.
• 5+ years of financial analysis and problem-solving experience.
• 3+ years in a leadership role with direct reports.
• 5+ years delivering complex cross-functional initiatives end-to-end.
• Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead pricing strategies across multiple merchandise categories.
• Use data and insights to recommend pricing and promotional actions.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to drive performance and execution.
• Identify opportunities to improve pricing tools, processes, and reporting.

• Coach, develop, and support a team of pricing leaders and analysts.
