The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree and 3–5+ years in financial analysis, FP&A, or costing, with advanced Excel skills and a proven ability to translate complex numbers into clear business recommendations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Analytics, or related field.
• 3–5+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, pricing, or costing.
• Advanced Excel skills, including modeling, pivots, lookups, and large data sets.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to identify trends and opportunities.
• Ability to communicate financial insights to both finance and non-finance stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Work Authorization: Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Analyze customer quotes and new business opportunities to assess profitability and risk.
• Build financial models and pricing scenarios to evaluate cost changes and opportunities.
• Review manufacturing cost assumptions: materials, labor, overhead, tooling, freight, and investments.
• Identify pricing gaps, cost inconsistencies, and opportunities for margin improvement.
• Compare quoted costs to actual performance to improve pricing accuracy.
• Evaluate customer, product, and program profitability and suggest cost-recovery opportunities.
• Support quarterly forecasting, annual budgeting, and commercial financial planning.
• Partner with Sales, Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, and Finance to validate cost drivers.
• Translate complex financial data into clear recommendations for growth and profitability.
